Foundation Board to be established
In September, Episcopal Homes’ Board voted to establish a separate Foundation board and committee structure. More than a decade ago, Episcopal Homes had 22 different boards and committees. They grew along with the size of the organization and took tremendous effort to manage. As a result, Episcopal Homes has operated with just one board and five committees since 2010. As our industry has become more complex, and increasingly so with Covid, it is clear that a separate structure for the foundation would support our strength and sustainability for the next 125 years. This new Foundation Board and committee structure will provide intentional focus on sharing and inviting residents, families, faith and broader community groups to engage in our mission.
